Terms & Conditions
By booking a tour or service with Sommer Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment:
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment can be made online or in person, depending on the selected option.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy:
If a customer does not show up at the agreed meeting point and time, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Policy:
Refunds are only provided if the tour is cancelled by Sommer Travel due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Changes:
We reserve the right to make changes to the tour program, timing, or route if necessary due to operational or safety reasons.
6. Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or traffic conditions.
7. Pickup and Timing:
Pickup times are confirmed one day before the tour. Customers must be ready at the main entrance (security gate) of their hotel at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
8. Responsibility:
Sommer Travel is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
9. Health and Safety:
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in the selected activity.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
